Our client, The Dow Hotel Company, wanted to reach out to potential investors. We studied the problem and defined they needed to convey two simply ideas: Dow is good at the day-to-day details of managing a diverse portfolio of properties. And Dow consistently gets returns. And thus this campaign was born.
Coast Hotels & Resorts :: Property Websites
Coast prides itself on the individuality of their properties, but having dramatically different websites for each wasn’t supporting the brand. The Paramount Hotel Seattle, The Portland Paramount Hotel, The Benson Hotel, Maui Coast Hotel, The Gateway Hotel and The Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel all got a nip and tuck.
The Westin San Francisco Market Street :: Identity Package & Menu Suite
A simple type treatment, almost signature in style, giving life to this Italian restaurant. This identity evokes the feeling of visiting a dear old friend who is always there to welcome you with wonderful food and merriment.
Dow Hotel Company :: Dining Promotion
To increase sales for their room service and restaurant dining, Dow wanted a promotion that could be handed out during check-in without delaying the process. The promo needed to be self-explanatory and work across multiple brands (Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson), each with a unique restaurant. Q&A designed a small accordion promo that fit into the key card packet, each side conveying the offer in a clean, eye-catching way. Sales increased across the board during the promotion.
Strategic Hotels & Resorts :: ENO Opening Invitation
This was a huge undertaking. Many parts coördinated for the opening of multiple wine, cheese and chocolate bars located in Strategic properties such as the InterContinental Chicago, The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and Hotel del Coronado. More than just bars, ENO is an experience.
Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants :: Identity Package & Menu Suite
When the historic Casa Munras Hotel in Monterey chose to renovate, they renamed their Mediterranean tapas restaurant after the original owner, Don Estéban Munras, who built the property in 1824. The mark is a celebration of the architectural detailing seen during the Spanish Mission period.
